This week paidContent released their list of the world's 50 most successful digital media companies, and AOL earned a spot on the list for the second year in a row. The paidContent 50 ranks digital-media companies by measuring the revenue earned from digital content, or from the advertising around that content. Other companies featured on this year's list include Google, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters.
