Mandatory.com Launches Site Redesign

AOL's "man-brand," Mandatory, celebrates its second birthday today – and what better way to mark occasion than a brand-new, redesigned, mobile-optimized site? With at least 50% of traffic derived from mobile, the new experience will have a great impact on driving even further views.

When Mandatory launched, the primary focus was building an organic audience. Using sharable content, search and building partnerships, the site now has about 5 million unique visits a month – and consistently leads the Men's Lifestyle category*.

Hello, and Welcome to the NEW Moviefone!


Moviefone's been a part of movie culture for a long time (c'mon, you know the voice) – and now the latest movie news, reviews, showtimes, are easier than ever to find. This week, the Moviefone team has launched a site wide redesign that enhances the user experience and links with our mobile applications.

Some new features of the redesign include:

On the Moviefone Homepage:
  • Prominent and attention grabbing editorial banners that point you to the latest news
  • Integrated, sticky header with seamless navigation that follows you down the page
  • Content that continuously loads while you scroll

Throughout the Site:

Introducing a New Digitized Store Circular


Shortcuts
