AOL Features One Warm Coat on Daily Impact Unit

AOL is proud to feature One Warm Coat in today's Daily Impact unit. The organization was the winner of AOL's 2011 "Share Your Cause" contest, which we hosted in partnership with the Cause Marketing Forum. The contest, which launched in March 2011, was a call to action to all CMF members (non-profits and corporations alike), to submit their cause of choice for the chance to be featured for one day on AOL.com. Out of the 75 entries, One Warm Coat's "Warm Coats, Warm Hearts" campaign was chosen by an expert panel of judges for its passionate commitment and proven effectiveness in making an impact on the world. The organization was announced June 1 at the 2011 Cause Marketing Forum Conference held in Chicago, IL. Read more here

One Warm Coat chose to utilize their Daily Impact unit today in order to promote their "Warm Coats, Warm Hearts" program which is a partnership between One Warm Coat, GMA, and Burlington Coat Factory. The goal of the campaign is to collect and donate clean, re-usable coats for those in need during the winter season. This marks their 5th annual holiday coat drive. They have a goal of 300,000 coat donations, nearly 50% more than last year.
