John is a well-recognized thought leader in the media industry and has extensive experience delivering high quality counsel and support to top companies. With more than twenty years of experience developing robust business models for media partners, John is the ideal candidate for this role.
John joins AOL from Bain & Company, where he served as Partner for the Media, Entertainment and Information Practice. In this role, he supported CEOs and executives from top companies and served as a trusted advisor and change agent focused on unlocking new revenue opportunity, deepening customer relationships, improving organizational performance and driving financial results. Prior to this role, he established his career at Booz Allen Hamilton where he started as a research associate and moved up the ranks to eventually lead the U.S. Media and Entertainment Practice.
John earned his M.B.A. from Columbia University and A.B. in Politics from Princeton University. He has developed significant intellectual property as a thought leader in the media industry, including white papers and studies on building and measuring brands that have been widely published.
